City Manager Selection, Country Music Festival, Public Safety Softball Game and More Planned This Week

A new city manager may be selected Monday, and a number of events are planned for the weekend in St. Clair Shores.

Here are a few items to look forward to this week in St. Clair Shores;

  • St. Clair Shores City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. in City Hall to select a new city manager.
  • The Gia Warner Band performs at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Veterans Memorial Park for the weekly concert in the park.
  • The inaugural St. Clair Shores Country Music Festival comes to Veterans Memorial Friday and Saturday with a variety of bands, costume contest, hog calling and barbecue.
  • The St. Clair Shores Police Department will take on the St. Clair Shores Fire Department at 7 p.m. Saturday for the Guns 'n' Hoses softball game at Kyte Monroe.
