Fish Sandwich Added to the Menu at Achatz Burgers
Achatz Burgers is one of many restaurants in St. Clair Shores to add new menu items during lent.
Achatz Burgers has added a fish sandwich to the menu, and it may become a permanent feature after Lent.
The breaded Alaskan cod filet is fried and then topped with cheese, homemade tartar sauce, lettuce and placed on a freshly backed bun.
The $3.99 has been a popular addition to the menu, according to Rachel Achatz.Â

Other St. Clair Shores restaurants which have added items during Lent include:
- Caffe Far Bella: Crab cakes, crab cakes and mac and cheese and lobster bisque.
- Little Z's bbq: smoked fish-n-chips served and tempura battered jumbo shrimp.
