Police arrested a 51-year-old Eastpointe man on a charge of malicious destruction of property July 20 after a witness observed him allegedly kicked a car in the lot of Don Gooley Cadillac. He became angry and kicked some cars in the lot.Â
Stun gun found
A 20-year-old St. Clair Shores man was arrested July 19 at Shoreview Court and Greater Mack for carrying a concealed weapon. Officers were on patrol when they saw a man laying in the grass at the corner. When officers attempted to speak to him, he got up and started stumbling. He initially said he was stung by a hornet, but had no sting marks. Offices smelled alcohol on the man, when asked how much he had to drink, he said "not enough to put me over the legal limit," according to a report. Officers searched the man and found a pocket knife along with a stun gun in his pockets.Â
