Murder Suspect to Stand Trial
Viktor Shaholli, who was charged in a 2011 murder on Recreation street, was bound over to stand trial in Macomb Circuit Court by a St. Clair Shores judge.
St. Clair Shores 40th District Court Judge Mark Fratarcangeli Friday bound over to stand trial a man charged in the Nov. 20, 2011 fatal shooting of Dashamir Matjani on Recreation Street.
Viktor Shaholli was bound over Friday following a preliminary exam in St. Clair Shores. An arraignment date in Macomb Circuit Court will be set at 9 a.m. Friday.
Shaholli, a native of Albania who holds a green card, could face life in prison if convicted.
