St. Clair Shores Man Accused Of Sexual Misconduct
A 34-year-old St. Clair Shores man was arraigned on a sexual misconduct charge Friday.
ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — A 34-year-old St. Clair Shores man was arraigned on a charge of criminal sexual conduct Friday. Charles Michaels is accused of sexual misconduct against a 13-year-old. Police arrested Michaels at Kyte Monroe Park at 32701 Harper Avenue in St. Clair Shores Thursday in response to a complaint.
The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office authorized a felony warrant for a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person 13-15 years old. Michaels was arraigned at 40th District Court in front of Magistrate Mark Metry. Bond was set at $5,000.
