Vote on the Best Place for Pizza in Macomb County and Grosse Pointe

We listened, and you have told us your top three choices: Buddy’s, Paisano’s Restaurant, and Father & Son Pizzeria.

• Buddy’s is an institution in the Detroit area with several restaurants in the area, including one in Grosse Pointe Woods and another in Warren. “We are spoiled by what great pizza is available around here,” Patch user wrote. Go to any other state and they have no idea what a good pizza tastes like. Buddy's is still #1. Buddy's needs to have a north Macomb location.”
• is located on 30019 Harper Ave. in St. Clair Shores. Linda Koehler Ward said Paisano’s “is the best pizza I have had since I was in Italy!”
• is located on 50770 Gratiot Ave. in Chesterfield Township. has “been eating that since I was a kid. Still as great today as it was back then. I'd put that into the "American" style pizza genre.”
