Community Members Use Facebook to Reach Out to Former Mayor

Former Trenton Mayor over the weekend and, after a brief stay at , he is now recovering at home.

Friends, family members and members of the Trenton community took a moment to offer prayers and well wishes for Brown on Trenton Patch's Facebook page.

Brown said he is doing fine and wanted to thank the people at Southshore and the for their efforts in his speedy recovery.

He was admitted to Southshore on Friday and released on Sunday.

He added he initially didn't think he needed to call emergency services, but his wife and daughter convinced him otherwise.

"My advice to people is to listen to your family," Brown said. "They seem to know better."
