Justin Verlander's Parents to Sign Book at Trenton Pharmacy

Meet the parents—Justin Verlander’s parents, that is.

Kathy and Richard Verlander, the mother and father of the star Detroit Tigers pitcher, will sign their book, Rocks Across the Pond, at West Grange Pharmacy on Monday, March 25.

The Verlanders will sign their book from 4-8 p.m. PAWS, the Tigers mascot, also will be present.

Rocks Across the Pond is the Verlanders’ story of parenting.

“You have to really emphasize the positives,” Richard Verlander said in a press release. “Try not to get too caught up with the highs and lows. Keep things on an even keel and don’t think too far down the road.”

West Grange Pharmacy is located at 3390 West Rd. in Trenton.
