Police Blotter: Multiple Thefts in Trenton During the Holidays
The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The holiday spirit did nothing to prevent a series of thefts in Trenton. A bicycle and a navigation system were among the items reported stolen in the days leading up to Christmas Day.
Chief James Nardone said the holidays tend to allow for more crimes of opportunity than many other types of crime.
Nardone described a crime of opportunity as an unplanned crime that can be avoided by paying careful attention to property.
