Good morning Trenton. Here's a rundown of what you need to know today.

  1. Today will be another B-E-A-utiful day according to the National Weather Service with a high near 74 degrees.
  2. In recognition of Trenton's rich hockey traditions, we bring you the Hockey Term of the Day: icing, a violation which occurs when the team in possession of the puck shoots it from behind the red center line across the opponent’s goal line into the end of the rink (but not into the goal) and a member of the opposing team touches it first; results in a face-off in the offender’s defensive zone; a shorthanded team cannot be called for icing.   3. The Detroit Tigers lost last night forcing a game five showdown against the New York Yankees. The game is set for Thursday night in New York.
  4. Administration have asked students at to be aware of the dress code and to not wear skirts that are too short and tight fitting. "Students are reminded that skirts and dresses must be as long as the student’s fingertips with the student’s arms at her side, without having to continuously pull it down to meet the required length."
