Trenton Road Work to Begin Nov. 2

Multiple roads will be affected in a project that begins Nov. 2.

A joint sealing project affecting seven Trenton roads is set to begin Nov. 2

Residents of Turner Road, Forest lane, Pare Lane, Riverside Drive, Stella Court, Elm Street and St. Joseph Avenue are asked not to park in the street according to Kelly Fedele, assistant city engineer.

"The joint sealing project involves cleaning out the cracks and joints in the pavement with compressed air and then filling them with a hot rubber to seal the cracks," Fedele said.

Fedele also asked residents to turn off sprinklers and to keep children, pets, bikes and leaves away from the hot rubber.

Other roads throughout the city have already been completed.
