2 Charged In Car Theft From Oakland County Dealership: Police

TROY, MI — Two men were charged in connection with an auto theft from a Troy dealership on Aug. 5, according to police.

The incident happened at a car dealership near Maple and Crooks roads at 3 p.m. on Aug 5, according to police.

Jayvon Anthony Williams, 33, and Lemuel Neely, 25, were each charged with unlawful driving away of an auto. They were both placed in jail. Neely was given a $25,000 bond, while Williams was given a $100,000 bond.

A third suspect escaped officers in the stolen car, according to police.

While fleeing officers, the suspect struck two police cars, according to police.

There were no injuries in the incident, according to police.

Police were still investigating the incident.
