On Wednesday, five student athletes from signed letters of intent with various colleges as part of National Signing Day.
The Athens students who signed are:
- – Football – Western Michigan University
- – Football – Adrian College
- Rachel Senopole – Soccer – Olivet College
- Aaron Fox – Basketball – Concordia University – Ann Arbor
- Jake Spinke – Adrian College
