The following information was submitted by Kettering University.
Kettering University hockey player and Troy native Jordan Renn joins fellow Kettering hockey players Spencer Scott (Brighton), Jacob Kleve (Rochester Hills), Tyler Bandurski (Grand Blanc) and Phillip Mitchell (Davison) as American Collegiate Hockey Association Division III All-Stars.
The five players participated in a skills competition and played in a game Jan. 7 in Grand Rapids. From those events, coaches will select a group of players to go to Philadelphia in late March to compete against other All-Star teams from across the country. From those games, a group of players will be selected for a spot on the 2012 Division III National Team that will go to Europe next winter to compete against European squads.
