Baseball Card Historian is Mint at the Troy Public Library

Baseball fans and hobbyists packed the Troy Public Library this week to learn from a historian of card collecting.

Jeff Kless, a collector for over 40 years and Baltimore Orioles fan, showed off rarities and explained the nuances of the hobby at the program, sponsored by the Friends of the Troy Public Library.

Some of our favorites were a pair of Mickey Mantle Topps brand inserts, a 1972 Kellogg's brand Glenn Beckert card, and a Nomar Garciaparra.
