The Friends of the Troy Public Library are pleased to present the βDownton Abbey in Michiganβ program onΒ Saturday, September 21, 2013
Robbie Terman, an archivist from Cranbrook Educational Community, will speak about our own local answer to Downton Abbey, the Cranbrook House -- which for many years was a country estate with two working farms and a host of servants.Β
Lynne Anderson will speak about fashion in βDownton Through the Decades,β beginning with the Edwardian Age and showing the impact that history and the automobile had on fashion into the 20thΒ century.Β

During intermission, attendees will have the opportunity to play a trivia game to win Downton Abbey-themed prizes. Light refreshments will be served.
