Farbman Group Leads Real Estate Conversations Across Metro Detroit

Farbman Group leaders speak at March, April events hosted by Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce, Bisnow and Midwest Real Estate News

Two leaders from Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Southfield, will participate in conversations about the Metro Detroit real estate market during the months of March and April.

Todd Szymczak, senior vice president of investment sales at Farbman Group, spoke at the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce’s annual Real Estate Forecast Breakfast this morning. He addressed more than 120 chamber members and guests, providing an outlook for the real estate market in the Birmingham and Bloomfield area.

Andrew Gutman, president of Farbman Group, will moderate the Detroit Outlook panel discussion at Bisnow’s Detroit State of the Market event. The conversation, which will take place on March 15 at the Atheneum Suite Hotel, will focus on the state of Detroit’s commercial assets and the current trends affecting the Southeast Michigan real estate market. Gutman will also speak at Midwest Real Estate News’ Detroit Suburban Development Summit in Troy on April 12. The event will bring together the most influential members of the Metro Detroit commercial real estate community to analyze the state of the market.
