Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce Magna International Inc. has moved into 750 Tower Drive, at North Troy Corporate Park in Troy, Michigan. Magna initially planned to lease 115,000 square feet of office space within the newly renovated building, but opted to bring other divisions to the new HQ, expanding their space to 190,000 square feet.
Magna moved into floors five, six, and seven within the building in early September. Friedman’s Construction and Design team is in the process of building out additional floors to accommodate the other divisions moving to the new HQ. Friedman is also in the process of adding additional enhancements to the property, including sleek kitchen areas with stainless steel appliances, new shop spaces, and a cafeteria area.

When Friedman began managing and leasing 750 Tower Drive in May 2012, the building was completely vacant. Friedman executed a significant re-branding, marketing, renovation, and improvement strategy for North Troy Corporate Park, turning the park into a very attractive option for tenants looking for a modern office environment at reasonable rates.
