New Burlington Store Coming To Troy
The national retailer offers a selection of in-season, fashion-focused merchandise at up to 60 percent off other retailers' prices.

TROY, MI — A new Burlington store is opening in Troy sometime this fall.
The new store will open at the Oakland Square, located on John R and 14 Mile roads, joining multiple other stores at the shopping mall, including HomeGoods, Five Below, Kohl’s and Ulta.
The national retailer offers a selection of in-season, fashion-focused merchandise at up to 60 percent off other retailers’ prices, including men's and women's clothing, youth clothing, baby products, beauty, footwear, accessories, home goods and coats.

"Our goal is to continue to offer area residents low prices on brand name merchandise for the entire family and home," Burlington Stores CEO Michael O’Sullivan said. "We’re continuing to expand our footprint across the country and are excited to be opening a new store in Troy, MI. We look forward to giving local customers the chance to discover big savings on a wide range of products."
Other nearby Burlington stores are in Bloomfield Township, Rochester Hills, Southfield, and Sterling Heights. With the addition of the new Burlington store, Oakland Square is now 83 percent leased, according to officials.

Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 11 states with more than $3.7 billion Assets Under Management (AUM), acquired Oakland Square, along with the adjacent Oakland Plaza, in 2021. The two assets combine for nearly 392,000 square feet of gross leasable area and sit on 41 acres.
