New Cookie Shop Opening In Troy

TROY, MI — A popular Dearborn cookie shop is opening up in Troy.

Dearborn's "CookieesBoys" is opening Saturday at 774 West Big Beaver Rd, the cookie shop announced on its Instagram page.

Saturday's grand opening will be from noon to 5 p.m. After that, the cookie shop will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

CookieesBoys was started by Ezzat Fahs, Ali Issa and Hussien Ajrouche as a late night food stand during the month of Ramadan back in 2017. The shop serves various items, including coffee, milkshakes and most importantly, their cookies.

CookieesBoys is also well-known for their CB Style, which is a deep dish cookie served on a 7-inch pan with cream and various customs toppings.
