Senior Brigade Headed to Troy to Educate Seniors on Identity Theft

At 1:30 PM on Saturday, October 19, 2013, Troy area Oakland County Commissioners Mike Bosnic, & Gary McGillivray will host the Michigan Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division’s Senior Brigade for a one hour presentation on Identity Theft.  The program is free of charge to the public and will be held at the Troy Public Library, Main Meeting Room, located at 510 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, Michigan.

The Senior Brigade is a Michigan seniors initiative designed to educate seniors and their families on the scams & frauds that often are directed at seniors.  The identity theft presentation provides valuable information on how to reduce the risk of falling victim to the fastest growing crime in America and what to do if you become a victim.
