Surprise, Linda Tackett! You're Troy Schools' 2012 Support Staff of the Year
Staff, students and teachers from the Troy School District present the award to the parapro during class at Baker Middle School on Monday afternoon.
Paraprofessional Linda Tackett was stunned Monday afternoon as Superintendent Barbara Fowler, along with several other staff members and students, surprised Tackett with the 2012 Support Staff of the Year award.
"I'm totally overwhelmed," Tackett said after receiving flowers and applause from her colleagues and students. "You don't have an employee in the district that loves their job more than I do."
