Troy Community Chorus Announces High School Vocal Scholarship
Troy Community Chorus Invites High School Vocalists to Enter Scholarship Competition for $750 Award
The Troy Community Chorus (TCC) is taking applications for its annual vocal music scholarship. The scholarship is open to high school students, grades 9 – 12, that reside in Troy and/or attend school in the City of Troy. The scholarship of $750 is designed to further the applicant’s musical education or training in Vocal Music.

- Applications must be submitted by Feb. 28, 2025
- Applicants will be required to audition for the TCC board members on Tuesday, March 11 between 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Athens High School
- The scholarship recipient will be invited to perform at the TCC’s Spring Concert on Friday, April 25 at Athens High School
Founded in 1978, the Troy Community Chorus is a non-audition choir consisting of 90+ adult members from across the metropolitan Detroit area who love to sing, want to develop their vocal skills and have fun in the process.
