Troy Man Struck, Killed In East Lansing
A 23-year-old Michigan State University student was killed Friday after being hit by a car.
TROY, MI — A 23-year-old Troy man died Friday after being struck by a car in East Lansing. Michigan State University student Ki Wook Kim was hit near the intersection of East Saginaw Street and Park Lake Road shortly before 6 a.m., according to a WWJ-Radio report.
Details of the accident were not released by East Lansing Police, the Lansing State Journal reported. It’s unclear if any charges will be filed in the case.
Kim was pronounced dead at the scene. Funeral Mass for Kim is scheduled for Tuesday at St Andrew Kim Korean Catholic Church in Northville, according to Dignitymemorial.com
