Cash, Glasses Taken from Vehicles in West Bloomfield
A Kroger shopper reported the theft of cash from her unlocked vehicle.
A shopper at Kroger on Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield contacted police after discovering someone had taken $250 from her parked vehicle.
According to Lieutenant Curt Lawson, the woman told police she had left her vehicle unlocked. The theft occurred between 3:45 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. on Jan. 20.
On Jan. 18, the owner of a vehicle that had been left at Jax Car Wash for detailing reported someone took a pair of prescription glasses from inside the vehicle. Lawson said the incident was reported at around 6 p.m.
