Prime Concepts Detroit Opening New Oakland County Restaurant

WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI — Prime Concepts Detroit is bringing a new taste of Italy to Oakland County.

Aurora Italiana will open sometime this summer in West Bloomfield, and will feature Italian dishes inspired by the island of Capri. The new restaurant's menu will feature dishes like burrata caprese, cacio e pepe, veal ossobuco and fresh fish from the Mediterranean.

The group plans to open the restaurant at 6199 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, just north of Maple Road. The 8,500 square foot restaurant will also have a private bar, lounge seating, private valet, custom menus and much more.

Stolion Liti, managing partner and director of operations at Prime Concepts Detroit, will oversee
the restaurant’s operations.

Aurora Italiana is one of the newest restaurants from Prime Concepts Detroit, who is also behind Prime29 Steakhouse, NARA Sushi & Hibachi Lounge, PAO in downtown Detroit, Tribu Mediterranean and Wabeek Club.
