Noah A. VanValkenburg of West Bloomfield was one of 502 seniors who graduated from Colby College on May 26, receiving a bachelor of arts degree at the College's bicentennial-year commencement in Waterville, ME.Â
Pulitzer Prize-winning author and Colby alumnus Gregory White Smith was the speaker.
VanValkenburg, the son of James VanValkenburg and Farah Zakaria of West Bloomfield, majored in government. He is a graduate of Andover High School.
