Vitality Bowls New Superfood Café Now Open in West Bloomfield

Vitality Bowls, the leading superfood café specializing in açaí bowls, smoothies, grain bowls, salads and wraps, announced the opening of its new restaurant location in West Bloomfield on Friday, June 23. This is the first location for owners of the new café, Dawn and Tristan Moss.

“We are thrilled to introduce Vitality Bowls to West Bloomfield and share our healthy and delicious menu items with the community,” said Dawn, who has an impressive property management background after starting her own company back in 2015. “Tristan and I are very passionate about healthy eating, and we’re looking forward to opening our first Vitality Bowls location and introducing guests to our nutritious menu options, including some new tropical summer treats! There’s truly something on our menu for everyone.”

Guests will find the café conveniently located at 6385 Orchard Lake Road, near the Orchard Mall Shopping Center. The restaurant will be the second Vitality Bowls location in the state of Michigan, joining an existing café in Grand Rapids.

In addition to the variety of delectable options offered by Vitality Bowls, the West Bloomfield location will feature six newly released menu items perfect for summer. Guests will be able to enjoy the new Groovy Guava, Purple Passion, or Piña Colada smoothies. Other new additions to the menu include nutrient-rich bowls like the Island Bowl, made with guava, organic acerola, banana, coconut shavings and mulberries and the Beach Bowl, crafted with an organic coconut blend and topped with organic granola, strawberries, pineapple and cacao nibs. For a bright and refreshing bowl, fans can try the new Blue Bliss Bowl, packed with pineapple, coconut, mango and blue spirulina topped with organic granola, banana, blueberries and coconut shavings.

In addition to açaí bowls and smoothies, the brand boasts a diverse menu that includes warm and savory items including salads, grain bowls, wraps and toasts loaded with all natural, grass-fed and sous-vide prepared meats, nutritional ingredients and a wide range of superfood toppings. Options include the Vitality Wrap made with hummus, avocado, super greens, grains, roasted potato, radish, pickled red onion, lemon tahini vinaigrette, vegan garlic aioli and superseed crunch, wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla and the Chimichurri Steak and Potato Bowl made with super greens, grass-fed steak, grains, roasted potato, roasted tomato, radish and chimichurri.

There are currently more than 130 Vitality Bowls locations open or in development across the United States.
