West Bloomfield Neighbor's Big Game Recipe: Cream Cheese With Jezebel
This neighbor's recipe of apple jelly, apricot preserves, horseradish, mustard and cream cheese will leave you drooling.

WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI — If you plan it right, the snacks at your football watch party on Feb. 11 will be as much discussed as the key plays. When we asked West Bloomfield readers to submit their MVP-worthy recipes, Michael McDaniel submitted this recipe:
Cream Cheese with Jezebel Sauce
- 6 oz Apple jelly
- 6 oz Apricot preserves
- 4 oz Horseradish, drained
- 1/2 tb Dry mustard
- 1 pk Cream cheese
- Blend all ingredients together. Chill sauce in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Let cheese stand out for at least 1 hour to soften. Pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
You can still submit recipes for appetizers, dishes or snacks to inspire others who are fourth and long and short on ideas. Be sure to tell us why your guests will do a touchdown dance over your party spread.
