Binary code is code that's used by computers - it's based on a system in which there are only two possible states, off or on.
We could make our life so much more simple by employing this system. I say that because we spend so much time vacillating between things we should do and things we want to do. By the time we're done going back and forth, it's too late to do either. In any situation, there are only two choices - to do it or not. When you say you're going to wake up early and train, what will you do once the alarm goes off? You'll get up and train or you won't. Too many details in your thinking lead to too much delay in your actions. Everything is yes or no, no in between. If you treat your life that way, your decisions become easy. Do or don't do. You know what the consequences are for not doing what you know you need to do - don't go there again. Are you going to get better - yes or no? Don't overcomplicate your decisions. Just decide on it and do it. Winning is a choice to say yes, over and over again, to the things you don't want to do but know you should.
