  1. The White Lake Township Board will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at Town Hall.
  2. The Highland Township Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at the Township Auditorium.
  3. The Highland Hey Days fall festival kicks off at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at Highland Feed & Supply and continues through Sunday, Sept. 15.
  4. The Jewish faithful will observe Yom Kippur, a holy day of atonement, beginning the evening of Friday, Sept. 13, and ending the evening of Saturday, Sept. 14.
  5. The White Lake Farmers' Market will open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, and Sunday, Sept. 15, during Highland Hey Days.
