APPLE VALLEY, MN — The city of Apple Valley announced that it will offer Rainwater Rewards Grants to landowners interested in water quality improvement projects such as raingardens, shoreline buffers, and native gardens.

The grants will cover 50 percent of project costs, so long as the number doesn't exceed $500, the city said. The funding will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis, according to the city's website.
