July 4th Fireworks 2023 Around Apple Valley And Rosemount

APPLE VALLEY, MN — Independence Day is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on in and around Apple Valley and Rosemount for 2023.

July 4 Festivities

What: Apple Valley Freedom Days

Where: Johnny Cake Ridge Park East, 5800 140th St W., Apple Valley

When: June 28 to July 4

The weeklong Freedom Days festival has been an Apple Valley tradition for nearly 60 years and is put on by volunteers on the Apple Valley Freedom Days Committee.

The festival starts in late June and culminates with the Freedom Days Parade and an impressive fireworks display on the Fourth of July. The fireworks on July 4 begin after dusk around 10 p.m.

Scheduled activities for 2023 include:

• Casting with the Cops
• Family Fun Night

Freedom Days 2023 will kick off on Wednesday, June 28, and end Tuesday, July 4. As is tradition, most activities will take place at Johnny Cake Ridge Park.
