APPLE VALLEY, MN — The Apple Valley Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Shuefaub Xiong, a 42-year-old man whose vehicle was found abandoned in Superior, Wisconsin, on Jan. 19, five days after he was reported missing.

Xiong was last seen after failing to return home following his Domino’s delivery shift on Jan. 14. He is an Asian male, 5’8” tall, weighs 215 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He was driving a red Toyota Camry with Minnesota license plate CWT-545.

Officers confirmed that Xiong reported to work on Jan. 14 but did not make four scheduled deliveries around 6 p.m. Investigators believe he was in Richfield that evening around 6:45 p.m., where he used another person’s phone to contact his family. His last confirmed sighting was at the Richfield Target on the same day, after abandoning his delivery route in Apple Valley.

A witness in Superior, Wisconsin, reported seeing Xiong inside his vehicle on Jan. 18 at approximately 4 p.m. Later that evening, an acquaintance claims to have spoken with him in Roseville, Minnesota, around 8 p.m. It remains unclear how he traveled or if he has obtained another vehicle since then.

Investigators suspect Xiong may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Considering the frigid temperatures and his uncharacteristic behavior, authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. While there is no indication he poses a threat to others, officials noted that Xiong is known to carry a firearm and has a permit to carry.
