Spectrum Helps Prepare Local Children for School

Spectrum joined 360 Communities, Dakota County Commissioner Mary Hamann-Roland, Rosemount Mayor Bill Droste, Representative John Huot, and Senator Greg Clausen at the 360 Communities Backpack and School Supply Distribution event designed for low-income families in Apple Valley, Rosemount and Farmington to prepare students for the upcoming school year.

Spectrum announced a $1,500 charitable donation to 360 Communities and raffled off two computer devices. Spectrum’s financial donation provided resources for the event to ensure every child in attendance received school supplies for the 2021-2022 school year.

Spectrum also spoke about its Spectrum will highlight its commitment to making broadband even more affordable for eligible low-income families and senior citizens through its low cost, high-speed broadband service – Spectrum Internet Assist and the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program.
