These Apple Valley, Rosemount Businesses Opened In 2021: List

APPLE VALLEY/ROSEMOUNT, MN — Despite the COVID-19 pandemic's effect on local businesses, the Twin Cities saw quite a few open their doors in 2021.

Here are the Apple Valley and Rosemount businesses that opened this year:

• The Clover in Rosemount opened in March.
• The Lorenz Clinic of Family Psychology in Rosemount opened in April.
• Volofit in Apple Valley opened in April.
• The Apple Jam returned to Apple Valley at Apple Valley Legion in June.
• Intoto Ethiopian Market and Takeout opened in Rosemount in August.
• A new Panera location opened in Apple Valley in November.
• Farmer and the Fishmonger opened in Apple Valley in December.

Restaurants are also looking to open in 2022 in the Apple Valley/Rosemount area:

• The Copper Pint is looking to open in Apple Valley in June 2022.
• Several businesses are opening at Orchard Place in Apple Valley late spring 2022.
• Home Depot and Fed Ex Warehouses are coming to Rosemount.
