Burnsville High School has advanced to within one game of the 2013 Minnesota State Baseball Tournament. The Braves punched their ticket to the Section 3AAA championship with a 2-0 shutout victory over the No. 1 seeded Lakeville North on Friday afternoon Lakeville North is still alive in the section tournament, however, and may have a chance at to avenge Friday's loss to Burnsville. Lakeville North will play Eagan today (June 3) for a chance to meet Burnsville in the section final, which will be played Tuesday at Alimagnet Park.
