Burnsville District Cancels Most Afternoon, Evening Activites Due to Snow
Though the Board of Education's meeting is still on, most other activities have been cancelled for April 18.

Due to a nasty, late-winter storm, the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District has cancelled most afternoon and evening activities for today, April 18.
Here's what has been cancelled:
• There will be no BALC.
• There will be no Community Education classes.
• There will be no activity buses.
• There will be no athletic games.
A handful of activities will go on as planned, however. They are:

- The Board of Education meeting at 6:30 p.m.
- Project KIDS.
- The annual Empty Bowls for Full Bellies event, which will take place at Diamondhead Education Center until 7 p.m.
- Opening night performance of Burnsville High's "Beauty and the Beast."
