Burnsville To Host Virtual Open House For Lake Marion Trail
The virtual open house will begin at 5:30 p.m. on March 3.
BURNSVILLE, MN — Burnsville announced that it will host a virtual open house March 3 to discuss the proposed Lake Marion Trail.
The open house will take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m., the city said.
This will be the city’s third and final open house discussing the proposed trail, and it will discuss the route, as well as improvements between Sunset Pond parking lot and Williams Drive, according to the city’s website.

The next step in the project following the open house is to apply for federal funding, the city said. The financial funding is due in April and if secured, the project could be completed in 2024 or 2025, according to the city’s website.
