Burnsville Man Faces New Accusations of Having Sex with Underage Girls
Mark Anthony Galatowitsch is now accused of having sex with two 14-year-old girls.

A Burnsville man who was charged earlier this month with having sex with a 15-year-old girl while he was living in her home is facing new charges of criminal sexual conduct with two other underage girls.
Mark Anthony Galatowitsch, 22, has been charged with two new felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, each of which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine.
with one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which has a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

He remained in the Dakota County Jail Friday on an $80,000 bond on the new charges and a $40,000 bond on the original charge. An omnibus hearing in his cases is scheduled Monday in Dakota County District Court in Hastings.
According to the latest criminal complaint, a girl contacted Burnsville police early this month and told them that she and Galatowitsch had sex “numerous times” when she was 14 and 15 years old, most recently in July.

When police interviewed a witness in the first case against Galatowitsch, she told them that she, too, had been involved in a sexual relationship with him beginning last September, when she was 14.
