Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Calling all curlers! The Dakota Curling Club's six-week Spring League starts April 7. Don't know how to curl, or even what curling is? Have no fear. For newcomers the club will hold learn-to-curl classes on April 3 and April 6. Each session is two hours long with an overview of the sport followed by 90 minutes of on-ice instruction and play. The cost is $25 per person. Equipment will be provided. All classes take place at the Burnsville Ice Center.
