Find It: Easter Egg Hunts in Burnsville and Beyond

Looking for a place to take the kids? Burnsville Patch has lined up a few options.

•  will host an egg hunt on Saturday, April 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

• The Southtown Shopping Center in Bloomington: The mall is throwing an Easter Party on April 7, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Easter Bunny will be on hand, and kids can also enjoy face painting, a petting zoo, and games. The event is free. 

• Richardson Nature Center, Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington: This Easter festivity combines hiking and learning with egg hunting in what is known as the Egg Trail and Rabbit Habits event. Kids are invited to poke among the trails for wooden eggs and fact-filled rabbits. There will be live animals on site and other activities. The event takes place on April 6 and 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is open to children ages three and up, though all must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is $5 per person. Registration is required. Call 763-559-6700 (activity #212907) to register.
