Lane Reductions, Closures in Store for CR5, Hwy 13, Williams Drive

Dakota County has scheduled some light maintenance work in northwest Burnsville until April 27—weather permitting, of course: Find out when and where lane reductions and road closures will take place.

The county has a bit of spring business to attend to in northwest Burnsville which could cuase a few headaches for drivers.

Originally, the work was scheduled for April 18 to April 27, though it seems that a late snowstorm has put a stop to it for the time being. In the main, the county will be doing utility work and demolishing buildings in the area to make room for the a much larger interchange project which will occur later in 2013.

However, the county plans to take care of a number of other housekeeping items at the same time. This is a "tentative list" of what they plan to do, though keep in mind that the schedule is dependent on the cooperation of the weather and could be affected by other unforeseen circumstances:
