Severe Weather Alert: Tornado 'Cannot Be Ruled Out'

This afternoon, the National Weather Service declared a tornado watch for the Twin Cities metro area, southern Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. Severe storms are expected to sweep over the area in the afternoon and evening, possibly bringing with them damaging winds and large hail. Tornadoes are possible as well.
