Dakota County To Require Masks In County Buildings
The decision is due to Dakota County being at a "substantial" level of community transmission of COVID-19.
DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — Dakota County announced Tuesday that masks will now be required for visitors in all county buildings beginning Wednesday.
All visitors must wear masks regardless of their vaccination status and alternate options for those unable to wear a mask will be offered, just as they were in the past, the county said.
The decision is due to Dakota County being at a "substantial" level of community transmission of COVID-19, the county said.

No changes will be made to public services, and buildings will remain open, the county said.
