Eagan Man Charged In Sexual Assault Case From 2005
The sexual assault happened in Madison, according to Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul.
EAGAN, MN — A 41-year-old Eagan man was arrested and charged in a Madison-area sexual assault that happened 18 years ago, Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul announced Monday.
Aidison Yang faces three counts of first-degree sexual assault. DNA from the victim’s sexual assault kit led to his identification, authorities said.
Yang was arrested in Minnesota and will be extradited to Wisconsin for his first appearance in Dane County Circuit Court.

"The Wisconsin Department of Justice is committed to fighting to get justice for survivors of sexual assault," Kaul said in a news release.
"Thank you to the investigators and prosecutors who are working on this case."

Yang sexually assaulted a woman after threatening her with a knife on a bike path on Madison’s East Side in 2005, according to investigators. The victim received a sexual assault examination.
