This women’s only running class will give you the confidence, knowledge and training to reach the goal of running a 5K race. This class is for beginners or those getting back into running. Attendees should be able to comfortably walk non-stop for one hour. Fall attendees will receive a free piece of Fall running gear. Pre-registration required. A fee of $20/person is required.
