• State's largest school district moves grad ceremonies to U.S. Bank, which comes with a $100,000 price tag (kare11.com) — Families in the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan district should expect 2026 graduations to move to St. Thomas’ new Lee and Penny Anderson Arena, adding about $6,000 per ceremony. The shift follows the University of Minnesota’s decision to stop hosting high school graduations, forcing several large districts to secure pricier venues like U.S. Bank Stadium on short notice.
   

• Burnsville curler makes her second Paralympics (hometownsource.com) — A Burnsville wheelchair curler who was paralyzed in a 2000 car crash off an Eagan freeway exit has earned a return trip to the Paralympic Winter Games. Now a seasoned Team USA member, she’s balancing her higher-education career, family life, and intense training as she aims to bring home a medal from the 2026 Milano Cortina Games.
