Prime Therapeutics Is MN's 2nd-Largest Private Company: Report

EAGAN, MN — Eagan-based pharmacy management company Prime Therapeutics has risen to be the second-largest private company in Minnesota, Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal reported.

The company reported an eight percent revenue increase in 2020, according to the report.

Prime Therapeutics has grown an average of 20.6 percent year-over year and has had a revenue increase of over $12 billion in that time frame, the publication reported.

The company is collectively owned by 19 Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans and administers drug plans for over 33 million people, the report said.
