Tim Walz Dominated Scott Jensen In Eagan: Report
Gov. Tim Walz routed Scott Jensen in Dakota County on Election Day, including in Eagan.
EAGAN, MN — Republicans have not won a statewide race in Minnesota since 2006, and that streak continued Tuesday.

In Dakota County, for example, Walz received 112,004 votes (55.83 percent) to Jensen's 83,220 votes (41.48 percent), according to the Secretary of State Office.
